This little 5 x 7  self contained frame is really well made. The front has a decorative cut so it doesn't look like a plain old shadowbox. The frame is unfinished pine which  can be stained or painted or left as is. It comes with the glass and the depth of the frame is 3/4"plus. Slide the glass out and slide in a 5 x 7 mat (I suggest putting a little adhesive on the back of the mat so it doesn’t shift forward towards the glass). Then assemble your quilling on the mat or cut a slightly smaller mat with your quilling already done and anchor it to the bottom mat; slide the glass back in and you are done!
