Designs in Quilling Book 5 by Malinda Johnston has 11 quilling patterns with step by step instructions in black & white with color pictures on the covers; most of the designs use the old "quill trim" which was silver or gold on one side only. When this book was written 1986, we didn't have all of the beautiful double sided metallic and pearl papers we have today. The designs will be even prettier when done with today's new quilling papers. In the center of the book are parchment "pull outs" already printed to use as back grounds for your quilling. The book includes instructions for quilled flowers, a floral border, quilled quotes and a wedding border.
