Quilling Templates & Work Boards

Some quillers like to lay their work out on a work board; if they are working with a pattern they can cover the workboard with mylar or waxed paper and  assemble the design right on the mular.When the design is finished, just lift the mylar or waxed paper with the design still onit. Then gently peel the paper off the back of the design rather than pulling the design off the paper. Each manufacturer has their favorite work boards. Templates have cut outs so you can drop your coil into the cutout and it is restricted, so all of your quills can be the same size. Materials differ, some templates are separate from the work board (we like those since you don't get glue from the template on the workboard itself). Templates differ in the number and size of the holes/shapes they have. We have a new template that has many different shapes rather than just circle cut outs. You get to choose what works best for you.
