Quilling Strips in Onyx Pearl by Lake City; This paper is perhaps a half shade lighter than 421 Black Pearl; papers are 1/4" wide, 24 " long and there are 50 strips in each pack. Tacky glue is recommended for these papers. These strips are not available in 1/16". If you need this color in 1/16" use the Paplin Charcoal Black P2197N.
