Cecelia Louie the author of Pretty Quilled Cards has created a new starter kit/booklet. This kit contains excellent directions of each of ten fairly basic designs including mushrooms, "heart" flowers, daisy, ladybug, bird, leaves, fox, mouse, rabbit and my favorite clematis. She combines standard quilling shape with her signature "on edge" style featured in her previous book. The booklet/kit comes with two generous packages of assorted color 1/8" strips and a slotted quilling tool.
