383 Parchment blue- This Lake City "Parchment look" quilling paper is a soft blue color; it has the look of parchment but it is easy to work with. Single color packs are avilable in 1/8"width only, they are 24" long and there are 50 strips per pack. Multipacks are available in three sizes,  1/8" (390), 1/16" (391), and 3/8" (392)
