One of our favorite English quillers, Elizabeth Moad has a new book out Paper Quilling. As with all of Moad’s books she has lots of tips and alternative suggestions for the twenty projects included. The projects include holiday themes, family themes, new home themes right up to sympathy cards. A “must have” for Elizabeth Moad fans.
