Merlot Paper Quilling Strips-This Paplin metallic paper is a deep wine color with a soft brushed finish. These strips are 1/4" wide, 24" long and there are 50 strips to a pack. Tacky glue is recommended. The Paplin metallic quilling papers are available in all 4 standard widths and can be special ordered for wider cuts.
