Holofoil Edge Quilling Papers

Quilling paper strips with special edges are growing in popularity. We have white and black strips that come with a holofoil edge in silver or gold. This is a bright shiny edge that reflects the color around it much like a hologram. They are available in 1/8"  (3mm) and are imported from England.
