Two tone Federal Blue/Light Blue quilling strips are a Federal Blue shade on one side of the strip and an Light Blue shade on the opposite side. Two tone strips show up best when used in open coils, husking and alternate side looping.They also show well with folded and fringed flowers.These strips are 1/16" wide and 12" long and 50 strips in a pack.
