Federal Blue Graduated 1/4" quilling strips. These Paplin graduated strips are 12" long and there are 50 per pack. The color starts out pale and deepens toward the center of the strip and then gets pale again. Use the whole 12" to get the dark center effect or cut in half and use the strip light to dark or dark to light. These colors coordinate with the Paplin standard quilling papers.
