Blue Ice paper quilling strips are the palest of blues, so light it is almost a tint.The color works beautifully with Hyacinth Blue (P3133) which is a light blue/periwinkle. They are 1/16" wide, 50 strips to a pack and are almost 24" long. These quilling strips are available in all four widths and can be special ordered in wider widths.
