Question: How can I view the status of my order?

 

Go to the SERVICE button on the bottom of the Whimsiquills Home Page, Once on the SERVICE page, click on the ACCOUNT HISTORY link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address & password. You will then be connected to a page that lists all of the orders you have placed with us. You may check the status of your order by clicking the date of the order you wish to look into.

 

 

Question: Do you ship International/Overseas orders?

 

The simple answer is YES! We do ship outside of the United States, however all international/overseas orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail. This is the only USPS shipping method that allows us to track international/overseas orders, and guarantee your orders arrival. Our international/overseas shipping charges are estimates based on a 3 pound package and at times may be incorrect. If this is the case with your order we will contact you via email and let you know. If there is an overpayment we will make an adjustment to your invoice and those fees will be refunded to your account. If there is a case of underpayment we will contact you via email and send you an additional money request.

Question: I have forgotten/lost my Whimsiquills password, is there a way to find out what it is or to change my password?

If you go to the Whimsiquills home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the SERVICE link. You will then be redirected to our CUSTOMER SERVICE page. On this page you will see a list of links click on the PASSWORD LOST link; to receive your password via e-mail, please provide your first & last name and e-mail address. The information must match exactly the information you provided when setting/registering up your account.

 

Question: What forms of payment are accepted here at Whimsiquills?

All payments must be made in US dollars. Whimsiquills accepts the following forms of payment; Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Pay Pal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. All of our payments are processed through Pay Pal. You DO NOT need a Pay Pal account to place an order with us. Any orders paid for by a money order or a personal check will not ship until your payment has cleared. We do not keep any credit card numbers or information on file so you will need your number when you are making payment for your order.

 

Question: What discounts are available to Whimsiquills customers?

 

NAQG Members Discount -Whimsiquills does offer a discount to North American Quilling Guild (NAQG) Members. NAQG Members receive a 10% discount on every order. This discount excludes gift certificates and Whimsiquills Blowouts.

 

Whimsiquills VIP Program - We also offer a Whimsiquills VIP Program to any and all customers; this program allows you to earn “credits” toward your future orders. Click on the link to read more and/join.

 

FREE Shipping - And remember FREE shipping on all orders over $150.00 (after discounts) inside the United States only.

  

Question: How do I get my Whimsiquills discount?

 

For NAQG members to automatically receive their discount on every order please be sure to register as a Whimsiquills Customer. You can do this as your checking out, or you can do it now by clicking on the Whimsiquills home page and scrolling to the bottom of the page click on the SERVICE link which will redirect you to the CUSTOMER SERVICE page. You can then click the REGISTER link on this page. Fill out the appropriate information, and then contact us to let us know you are a registered NAQG member prior to placing your order so that we can flag your account and your NAQG discount will be automatically deducted from your orders.
